You’ll hear from a variety of faith-driven women who are walking the same road you are. These short talks are designed to inspire you, share real stories, and give you practical steps you can use in your business and your life right away. This isn’t about pitching—it’s about pouring into each other as sisters in Christ.
Every woman is important to us because you are important to Jesus Christ. We want you to feel seen, valued, and heard in a way that reflects His love for you. When you share your voice it helps others know you more fully and opens the door for friendship rooted in Christ. Our goal is that you leave this event feeling the Savior’s love in every detail.
There is nothing better than leaving an event with clear direction and a heart full of peace. Surrounded by women who love the Lord you will receive support that helps you recognize blind spots and embrace your God-given strengths. It is priceless to have a Christ-centered group that allows you to speak openly about your life and business while knowing that you are being guided in love and truth.
Along with hearing from our scheduled speakers we believe the Spirit speaks through everyone who shows up. That is why we will host our signature Bossminded Interactive panel where you will have the chance to learn from the women in the room. Jesus Christ works through His daughters and that together we can offer wisdom, encouragement, and strength.
With just 50 women in the room, this gathering is intentionally intimate. You’ll have the chance to truly connect, share stories, and find the women God wants you to meet. Whether you’re introverted or extroverted, you’ll leave with genuine friendships and maybe even a prayer partner for life.
We’ll have interactive activities that spark laughter, encourage teamwork, and help you break the ice in meaningful ways. These aren’t just games. They’re designed to help you practice communication, connection, and encouragement in a fun, faith-filled setting.

Meet Marci, the Heart Behind Bossminded
I’m Marci Barker. A life and business coach, author, and your loving kick in the pants.
I’m passionate about helping women grow because I know what it feels like to carry a big vision while balancing everyday life. Bossminded is all about creating spaces where women can take action with confidence, faith, and real support.
My journey has been shaped by faith, family, and the lessons I’ve learned raising four daughters while building businesses. I grew up in Utah and now call the South home as I expand the Bossminded movement.
