I’m Marci Barker! A life and business coach, author, and your loving kick in the pants.
I help ambitious women build businesses that feel good to run. I know what it’s like to carry a big vision while managing family, clients, and the constant pressure to do more. That’s why I created Bossminded: to help women simplify their goals, stay accountable, and find peace in the process of growing something meaningful.
Over the past decade, I’ve guided hundreds of women through The Accountability Code and the Bossminded Framework, giving them tools to grow with clarity, confidence, and calm follow-through.
